FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR 20%

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten
Your main tasks as a member of our mature, professional and friendly team will be:
- financial administration incl. debtors, creditors and banking
- payroll administration
- personnel administration incl. joiners and leavers
- preparation of the annual accounts for the board and auditors
- representation of our school with the relevant Swiss authorities, insurance
companies, key partners and contractors
- general administration mail, phone calls und correspondence
Wonach wir suchen
Essential:
- proven capability to assume responsibility for financial control and to meet
deadlines
- ability to advise personnel regarding internal and Swiss regulations
- understanding of our childcare and educational objectives
- German B2 level
- a positive attitude and good organisational skills
- 3-5 years of working experience in a related field
