Can I cancel the Premium subscription monthly and how does renewal work?

Yes, the Premium subscription can be canceled monthly. If you don't cancel, the subscription automatically renews, you don't have to do anything else. Your Premium features remain active until the end of the current month.

What happens to my daycare profile if I cancel Premium?

Accepted Answer

After cancellation, your profile is automatically switched to the free Basic profile. All Premium content – such as videos, events, chat histories, or Instagram gallery – remains saved and can be reactivated at any time as soon as you book Premium again.

Do spot requests differ in the Premium profile from the Basic profile?

No. Spot requests work identically in the Basic and Premium profiles – both via email and in the dashboard.
